The connecting rod is an important part of the
automobile engine. It connects the piston and the crankshaft. The con rods
transmit the force received by the piston to the crankshaft and convert the
reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotary motion of the crankshaft.
The connecting rod is mostly made of steel and consists of the small end (the
part connected to the piston pin), the shaft (the part connecting the small end
and the big end), the big end (the part connected to the crankshaft) and the
rod bolts. The working conditions of the connecting rods require rods high
